Patient Diary AI provides a clinical management platform that includes features such as patient medical records management, AI-powered documentation assistance, and OCR clinical record scanning for healthcare professionals.
Patient Diary AI provides tools to assist in clinical decision-making. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
