We want you to be completely satisfied with Patient Diary AI. If you are not happy with your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription start date.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. To request a refund, you can contact Paddle directly at paddle.net or email our support team at support@patientdiary.net.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
Refunds are only available for the initial purchase of a subscription. Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds unless required by local law. Abuse of our refund policy may result in the termination of your account.
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns.
